An Expert in Business Transformation Di has a strong pedigree in transformational change. Her early career spanned some 17 years working on multiple programs of enterprise reform with NSW energy utility, Pacific Power. In the early 2000s, she stepped up to Pacific Power’s senior executive team to oversee a final wave of enterprise-wide structural change and cultural reform. Di’s leadership of organisational change and strategic human resources was instrumental to the profitable sale of a major business unit to the private sector and laid the foundations for the divestment of all final assets – and ultimate closure – of the authority.
