With over 20 years’ experience leading programs of business strategy, business transformation, organisational change, executive coaching and strategic human resources at the enterprise level, Di Worrall’s professional background and knowledge spans a range of industries – both private and public, at home and abroad. This includes:

  • Over 10 years as senior executive and group director of large government and private multinationals;
  • Over 10 years working with senior leaders as principal of business transformation consultancy, Worrall and Associates.

An Expert in Business Transformation

Di has a strong pedigree in transformational change. Her early career spanned some 17 years working on multiple programs of enterprise reform with NSW energy utility, Pacific Power.

In the early 2000s, she stepped up to Pacific Power’s senior executive team to oversee a final wave of enterprise-wide structural change and cultural reform. Di’s leadership of organisational change and strategic human resources was instrumental to the profitable sale of a major business unit to the private sector and laid the foundations for the divestment of all final assets – and ultimate closure – of the authority. She has since worked with business leaders on a range of notable transformation programs. To name just a few:

  • NSW Businesslink (Shared Services): Designed and implemented a best-practice organisation design, operating model and strategic planning framework to position the business as a leading-edge provider of outsourced shared services business solutions. This program of work won the “customer-focused business model” category at the 2012 global ICMG Architecture Awards.
  • United Group (Multinational): Created a new HR operating model and HR strategic planning process.. Led the human resources due diligence process for two major acquisitions, successfully adding over 5000 staff to the business and contributing to 100% increase in share value.
  • Fiserv (Financial Services): Designed and implemented change management and strategic planning initiatives in support of three integrated transformation programs to deliver new technology, undertake business process redesign, and coordinate an organisational efficiency review.
  • Office of Environment and Heritage (NSW Government): Designed and facilitated an executive strategic decision-making forum to assess implications and priorities for reform following the installation of the NSW coalition government.
